I provide professional drone-based visual inspection and aerial imaging services throughout the Puget Sound area. My service is designed for property owners, contractors, businesses, and other professionals who need a safe, detailed view of roofs, structures, equipment, or hard-to-reach areas.
I can capture high-resolution photos and video of roofs, gutters, chimneys, siding, solar panels, construction sites, towers, utility structures, and other assets. I focus on providing clear, organized imagery that helps clients document conditions, identify visible areas of concern, monitor progress, or determine whether a closer professional inspection is needed.
Safety and preparation are a priority on every flight. I evaluate weather, airspace, obstacles, people, property conditions, GPS status, battery condition, return-to-home settings, and emergency landing options before beginning an operation.
Inspection services provide visual documentation and aerial data. They are not a substitute for engineering, electrical, structural, roofing, or other licensed professional evaluations when those services are required.
Custom Built Drone
The DJI Air 3S is my primary platform for detailed aerial photography and inspection work. It provides stable flight performance, high-quality imaging, GPS positioning, obstacle-sensing technology, automated Return-to-Home features, and flight telemetry, making it well suited for documenting roofs, buildings, towers, construction sites, and other structures.
For projects that benefit from a smaller or more agile aircraft, I may also use a DJI Mini 4K, DJI FPV, or one of my custom-built FPV drones. My FPV platforms are especially useful when a project calls for dynamic, unconventional aerial perspectives that are difficult to achieve with traditional camera drones, including tighter flight paths, immersive movement, unique angles, and creative passes around or through structures where appropriate and safe.
My custom FPV drones also give me the flexibility to select an aircraft configuration that best fits the mission rather than relying on a single platform for every job.
Aircraft selection is based on the site, weather, airspace, required image or video quality, proximity to obstacles, inspection objectives, and overall safety considerations.
I am a FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot serving the Puget Sound area with experience providing professional aerial photography, video, inspection imagery, and aerial data collection.
I have been flying and building drones for more than four years and have several years of experience capturing aerial imagery for residential real estate. I provide high-quality edited property photos, cinematic flyovers, listing videos, short-form social media content, and raw footage based on each client's needs.
In addition to real estate, I provide detailed aerial inspection photography for roofs, gutters, chimneys, siding, solar panels, towers, construction progress, and other structures that may be difficult, inefficient, or unsafe to inspect from the ground.
I am also available to support surveyors, engineers, contractors, and other professionals as an aerial data-collection subcontractor, capturing imagery according to project requirements while allowing the appropriate licensed professionals to perform surveying, mapping, engineering, or technical analysis.
Every flight is approached with safety and reliability in mind. I perform required preflight and airspace checks, carefully manage captured data, maintain dependable scheduling, and have completed my commercial work without incident.
My background building and repairing custom drones also gives me a technical advantage in the field. Equipment issues are less likely to stop a project because I can troubleshoot, repair, or deploy alternate aircraft when appropriate.
My goal is simple: provide clients with accurate, professional aerial imagery and dependable service they can count on.
