About the Drone
I use a DJI Air series drone for most standard photo and video work, along with a DJI Matrice 4E for projects that call for more advanced capture such as mapping, modeling, and structured site documentation. This gives me the flexibility to match the aircraft to the needs of the job rather than forcing one platform into every type of work.
The Air platform is a great fit for real estate, marketing, and general aerial media. It delivers high quality stills and stabilized video, sets up quickly, and works well in residential and commercial environments where a smaller footprint is useful.
The Matrice 4E is better suited for more technical projects. It is a stronger platform for mapping, repeatable site capture, and data collection where consistency and more advanced deliverables matter.
I also use an Emlid RS3 when higher accuracy is needed for mapping and modeling workflows. Across all operations, I rely on careful pre flight planning, safety and compliance, and the use of the right equipment for the specific project.
