Paid commercial work in the Kansas City / Warrensburg area: real estate and property aerials, construction progress, roof and exterior documentation, marketing video, and site overviews. I also fly inspection and mapping jobs for contractors and my own company, Griffith Aerial Services LLC. Deliverables are edited stills and 4K video, typically same day or next morning.
About the Drone
DJI Air 3 Fly More — dual 48 MP cameras (wide + 3x tele), 4K video, three batteries and hub for longer sites. Small, quiet, and easy to launch in yards and job sites. Stabilized dual camera is built for photo/video, not thermal; for heat mapping I use a Matrice 4T on a separate listing. Good for tight residential lots where a larger aircraft is overkill.
