About the Service
Daedalus Aeronautics is a multi-purpose drone imaging and photogrammetry service serving the Western North Carolina region. Our work includes aerial imaging for real estate, crop and agriculture assessments, geological mapping, structural examinations and 3-D mapping.
About the Drone
We currently use the Autel RTK drone systems which are capable of 1-centimeter precision pinpointing for proper targeting and collation of images. These systems are also equipped with infrared camera capabilities, making it possible to examine large swaths of crops to recognize areas where crop yield is decreased or all together ceased.
