Using the drone camera platform is is my go-to favorite, as it so easily reveals proximity to locations, and scenery, however, there are few photographers who can perform both land and air at the same time.
And have a blast doing it! Spending one full day, sunup to sundown, I was able to capture the light from all sides of the multi-use apartment complex designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, based out of Chicago. However, if I was limited to not using the drone at the same time I would have to come back a different day, adding dollars to the invoice.
The Artistry features a rooftop pool, patios and grills, two courtyards plus a bridge that will allow residents to move between courtyards without going outside; and 8,000 square feet of commercial space. The Artistry, a $78 million, 344-unit apartment complex located at 601 Pete Rose Way along the Ohio River, will offer creative outlets and art-based social events for residents and other visitors.
Try to show all of that without an aerial camera!
