I have about two years of experience providing mapping and modeling services with aerial imagery from drones. Typically I use Pix4D software but have also used ESRI's drone2map software application in order to develop highly detailed orthomosaics, digitial elevation models and 3D textured mesh models. I have worked with civil engineering companies and have provided them with topographic maps for permitting and grading plans, high resolution orthomosaics for site planning, elevation models so that they can perform more analysis and work within GIS or CAD, and 3D models to get a real life 3D view of the area or subject.
I have flown a DJI phantom 3 professional for the last two years and have found this drone to be very reliable, easy to command, and provides accurate and high resolution imagery for mapping and aerial imagery projects.
I'm a passionate remote pilot, focused on delivering high quality products and meeting all clients needs on time and within budget. I'm an FAA certified part 107 remote pilot and have been in the drone industry for over 2 years. I have both a bachelors and masters degree from Towson University in Maryland, and am currently an environmental engineer for the federal government. My area of expertise is in mapping and modeling, as I have also been a GIS specialist for over 7 years and provide high quality and accurate GIS/CAD products from drone data. I have done countless hours of research within this industry and know how to provide solutions and value to customers. I have also been trained and received a certificate through ABJ Drones "Eyes in the Sky Program", which included modules on DJI drones flight training, hands on drone operations, flight planning, mapping, and aerial photography. I own a DJI phantom 4 professional.
