I love: Architecture, Photography and Flying... -So it was the obvious choice to get into drone services!
I was one of the first people to integrate drone aerial imagery into 3-D/BIM models to use for design purposes (for my firm GreenTekHaus.com); before the current photogrammetry apps were on the market! I used it to do a redesign of a B&B in Napa, since I also do green home design.
I recently flew the SalesForce Tower here in S.F. (per FAA Rules & Regulations) along with the MacArthur Bart Station Garage Construction Site to take progress imagery. I have done both CRE and RRE. I am looking to do more of these types of projects: CRE, RRE, AEC, Insurance Inspections, Surveillance, and the like.

About the Drone
DJI Phantom 4 Pro.
4K video at 60fps, with 21+MP stills.
For interior shots with tall volumes, or high ceilings, I fly my Yuneec Breeze 4K to get interesting shots from high up, that my Phantom 4 Pro might not really work well in. I used it for an Art Instalation in a 16' x 16' space, and it worked perfectly. So I have various drones and camera lenses for my DSLR and Mirrorless cameras in order to capture the right imagery for the situation.

My passions in life are: Flying, Architecture and Photography! Drone services provides me with a way to marry all three!!! I specialize in Real Estate and Architectural aerial imagery.
I have done drone work to create a 3-D model of a B&B in Napa seven years ago, for a project that I did the design work on, and was project manager. (This was before Part 107 Regs came out.) I have had my Drone Pilot License for 5+ years now, and am looking to do flight work for:
