Will was easy to work with and he provided the footage required on time. During the standard file transfers the system caused a few of the videos not to play. Will was great in re-uploading the files and available through out the entire process. Also, the mission had a few unknowns that required the pilot (Will) to make decisions in the field, to which he was able to get great footage as detailed by the client. Not all missions run smooth but Will made the process seamless and Up Sonder looks forward to hiring him again in the future.
