I am fairly new in the Drone services market. I have done pictures and video for, Local Commercial projects, from earth work to current status. Taken video and pictures of refurbished docks and Oceanside bulkhead.
Video and pictures of rebuilt Marina from Hurricane Matthew damage in Sept 2016.
Regular home building projects from ground work up thru progression to finished product.
Commercial buildings for marketing pictures and video.
Currently have an area wide Certificate of Authority to fly in a local controlled Naval Airspace.

About the Drone
I have experience withe the DJI Phantom 4 pro drone. Which is one of the most widely used drones world wide. It is fairly small but has great flight time aloft and a great camera on board for pictures, videos and mapping applications.
I also have a FIMI x8SE drone. Not as widely known or used as the DJI, but still has a good 4k 60FPS camera that is good for pictures and video. A bit smaller than the DJI P4P so it is less cumbersome. Serves as a great backup drone.
