Rafael went above and beyond what I expected of a drone operator. He was at a remote location, and the exact coordinates I gave him were incorrect. Despite that, he was able do whatever it took to make sure he got the shot I needed.
He was in constant communication keeping me updated and sent over high quality photos of the target. As it turns out, this location will require additional observations in the coming weeks and possibly months to see how the situation evolves, and I will not hesitate to hire him again for the job.

My second time using Rafael, and I couldn't ask for a better operator. He ran into additional challenges but managed to still get the needed shots. He also was great at speaking to people on the ground and collecting valuable information.
I will continue to hire Rafael for this project and any others I have in the future.
