Renting Policy
Drone Renting Policy
Up Sonder allows Providers to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Regular, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both Renter and Provider alike. Each listing and booking on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Renters may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their booking plans and then clicking 'Cancel' on the appropriate booking.
Flexible

- Booking rates (the total daily rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Up Sonder within 24 hours of the start of the booking period.
- Up Sonder will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- A booking is officially canceled when the Renter clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Up Sonder for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
